From Naples to Your Doorstep
'Crust & Charisma Pizzeria' was born from a singular vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our little pizzeria has always been a cozy, family-oriented spot that upholds recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her Italian sojourns, especially under Naples' revered pizza craftsmen – the ancestral home of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate that authentic Italian pizza spirit, employing unchanged techniques and the purest ingredients.
Her once-humble 12-seat eatery has now become a crowd favorite. Yet, our mission to maintain high standards and genuine flavor remains unchanged. We’ve kept to our traditional wood-fired ovens, our dough is still prepped fresh every morning, and we continue to seek out premium ingredients.
Today, 'Crust & Charisma Pizzeria' is still a household enterprise, led by the Rossi descendants. While we've infused some modern practices, at our core, we’re still about making delicious pizza that unites people.
