Returns & Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund. These include gift cards and downloadable software products. Food items such as pizza and beverages, due to their perishable nature, are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
